El and Caleb were married at the Barn at Bay Horse Inn on October 13th, 2023. The couple’s wedding day vision was inspired by one of their favorite films, Lord of the Rings. The Barn’s rustic charm and warm tones perfectly matched the couple’s wedding day vision. The couple was married outside at 6:30pm during sunset. A beautiful backdrop of green trees and woods was seen on the venue property.

After walking down the aisle to the theme song from the couple’s favorite movie. El and Caleb officially tied the knot at the Barn at Bay Horse Inn. El and Caleb decided to have their ceremony backdrop also match their woodsy wedding vision. In turn, the couple chose to get married with the venue’s trees as their backdrop – a perfect touch to their magical fairytale wedding.

Following the ceremony, guests were invited into the venue’s saloon, renamed “The Tavern” for cocktail hour. Guests enjoyed themed beverages and appetizers while the family took photos post-ceremony. The Barn’s main hall hosted the reception where the newlyweds and family shared dinner and danced over candlelight.

The design of the reception featured hues of terra cotta, forest green, and black along with woodsy florals and a stunning King’s table scape for the wedding party. Additionally, book pages from the original Lord of the Rings were used as a table runner on the bridal party table to tie the entire theme together. Afterward, the newlyweds chose to stay in the cabin tucked away on the venue’s property.  The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and features a cozy wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen, coffee bar, and outdoor firepit area.
