Amanda Johnson, the venue’s owner, saw a need to give the local community an elegant space to celebrate life’s precious moments and create memories that will last a lifetime. The property itself sits on over 30-acres of land, has a main space and saloon able to accommodate any kind of event, a cabin on-site for overnight stays, and trails through the woods providing uniquely stunning photo opportunities. The Barn at Bay Horse Inn provides a convenient all-in-one experience for clients. With bridal and groom suites, a main space that seats up to 325 guests, saloon, catering kitchen, two outdoor patios, the outdoor ceremony space, outdoor trails, and the on-site cabin, clients have everything they need for their wedding day all in one location. Having everything from the dressing suites, ceremony site, reception space, and photography locations all in one place ensures that clients and their guests have the most convenient experience throughout their special day!

Our venue has a wide array of amenities that clients have the opportunity to use during their wedding! During their venue rental, clients have access to the main space, dressing suits, saloon, patios, trails, and the catering kitchen. Our venue is also climate controlled, so it is comfortable for clients and their guests year-round. In our decoration closet, clients can utilize lanterns, whiskey barrel tops, table runners, easels, cake tiers, table numbers, gift box, chalkboards, and other signage to make their wedding décor come together! Our venue also has the dessert cart, whiskey barrels, a vintage door, fireplace shutters, and glass top barrel available for use. Other onsite amenities include drapery, outdoor heaters, firepits, a functioning fireplace, adjustable lighting, and access to the property for engagement photos!

Our venue is versatile and is able to provide a space for every kind of event. We host a variety of events throughout the year, from large events such as weddings, corporate parties, or community fundraisers to smaller gatherings like open houses and family holiday parties. We work with clients to put together the best event space that suits their needs.

Our venue has two indoor event spaces: the main space and saloon. The main space can seat up to 325 guests for a sit-down dinner or 800 guests for a standing cocktail hour. The saloon can seat up to 60 guests and provides access to our covered outdoor patio. Clients are able to customize their event layout with our on-site amenities in order to accommodate their day-of needs! Prior to booking, our staff communicates with each potential client and provides them with all of the information necessary to determine which event space would be best for them!
